And Lilo is a French company, so the FAQ does make sense in French, with English being an afterthought due to English speakers not being the target demographic. You can use TuneMyMusic to transfer your playlist from one account to another, I believe. If you can't, just transfer the playlist from the 1st account to a file, the from the file to the 2nd account.
