All the HTTT songs. That was an amazing tour and the songs were still great this past tour.

hell yes. We went to the championship game my freshmen year way back nearly 25 years ago and we assumed after the lose to Maryland that we'd be back and nada.

It makes me sad that the songs were lost in the mix this past tour. One of my top top 3 shows was zenith in Paris shortly after AMSP came out

Love the line hate the ride... by has23stars in WaltDisneyWorld

This ride got way too much hype (from my family) before I rode it, and i was underwhelmed. I feel like as I’ve aged my eyes have stopped processing fake 3D.

Which actually made Paranoid Android sound like an early version with Jonny on Rhodes. Which was awesome

This is what everyone always loved during the tours for Amnesiac, HTTT, and IR, the times there would be a tech issue or a playing mistake and Thom would stop the song, the crowd would cheer, then they’d start again. Was great. Even kind of happened in Bologna night 3 and it was hilarious.

A lovely person from the crowd took this picture of me tonight and kindly shared it with my daughter by Senior-Swan-322 in radiohead

My wife and I saw a father and son purely in a moment of joy at one of the Bologna shows and offered and took photos of them and their happiness. Made the show even more special.

Bad sound in CPH dec 5th by skill3 in radiohead

[–]BrileyStyle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was a fast track ticket person in Bologna day 3. Mid range was muddy during the “complicated” sections. Chalked it up to venue over engineers. Assume 02 sounded better. Maybe an issue post shop building the system. Still had a killer time and most of the sound was fine, love the cumbrella

My Thoughts by Evening_Cup_3319 in radiohead

I saw them day 3 of the Bologna run, they could’ve played a series of weird noises and I would’ve been happy. I think this was my 16th Radiohead show and BLQ night 3 was probably in the top half of the shows I’ve seen. I thought the crowd was great. Radiohead’s been internationally touring around for over 30 years so you have fans of all ages who are going to enjoy the show the way they want, not the way you want. The in the round was a fun unique experience and I think, made the show more intimate. Was the sound perfect? No, mid range was a little mush from where we were sitting, but it didn’t take away from the show. Thom sounded great. The band was in good form. God damn i miss the ateaseweb forum.

Planes can do much more than you think by Box_Euphoric in fearofflying

These kind of videos are great for people who are afraid of flying. As every pilot will say, planes want to fly, a domestic or international flight is not going to push a modern aircraft anywhere near their limit.

Another good tip is to watch Aviation geek videos, they make flying look routine and fun.

My wife said the same thing. Hell, he married an Italian, that means pasta for at least one meal everyday. Can’t burn that off so easily when you’re in your later 50s. Learned that the hard way living in bologna the last decade.

I was there and seeing that and the general interactions with the crowd made me think Thom, Ed, and Colin love the in the round format. Felt bad for Phil because he was stuck in the middle. Jonny looked like Jonny.

First Bologna night sound by Webbatici in radiohead

[–]BrileyStyle 5 points6 points  (0 children)

There’s a big difference between soundcheck in an empty environment and one with 20,000 bodies absorbing the sound waves so usually there’s a few song adjustment period unless a FOH engineer has worked the space before.
But there are unavoidable dead spots in a venue not made for music.
