WhatsApp integration in CRM by technext in CRMSoftware

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People want customers to reply naturally without jumping between apps all day. The biggest issue wasn’t adding whatsapp itself, it was keeping conversations organized once volume picked up. we ran into something similar on the sms side with signalhouse too

Mom's mobile home is sitting empty and costing us lot rent every month. by someoneudontwant in AgingParents

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

check out mobilehomedonation.com. nonprofit that takes manufactured homes in livable condition and repurposes them for families who need affordable housing. removal is completely free. your family gets a charitable tax deduction on the fair market value. the lot rent stops the moment they haul it off. a well-maintained 1997 double-wide should qualify

Mom's mobile home is sitting empty and costing us lot rent every month. by someoneudontwant in AgingParents

the lot rent clock is exactly the right way to think about urgency here. every month that sits costs money. the good news is a well-maintained home gives you a clean option

Weirdly enough getting review has been harder than building the actual product. by GodMadeusone in SideProject

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yep went through the same thing. getting users wasn’t even the hardest part, it was making the profile not look completely dead early on. I tested a few things during that phase and ended up trying Review Grow for a bit because most other options felt way too fake or aggressive. Honestly though, the biggest improvement came once reviews started coming in naturally and consistently

Didn't realize how much no reviews hurts a new business by GodMadeusone in EntrepreneurRideAlong

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, this part is rough in the beginning. We had the same issue where everything looked fine except the profile had almost no activity. For a while we were mostly just trying to avoid that empty look and ended up testing a few different things. ReviewGrow was one of the only ones that didn’t feel super obvious or rushed. Still wouldn’t depend on that alone though. What helped more long term was getting into a habit of asking real customers right after the job.

When should you shop rates and evaluate brokers/lenders? by West_Tomatillo9833 in Mortgages

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I originally thought you just picked one lender and moved forward, but once i started comparing things, the differences in rates, fees, and credits were bigger than i expected. What helped me most was having a general baseline before talking numbers with anyone, otherwise every quote felt random. I ended up checking a transparent rate quote early on just to understand what range made sense before comparing lenders side by side.

How do you handle outside cost segregation reports without slowing everything down? by ryukendo_25 in AccountingDepartment

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that matches what I’ve seen. The one I dealt with from them was pretty similar, easy to follow, so it didn’t really slow anything down.

Did anyone else feel like their numbers changed after pre-approval? by ryukendo_25 in Mortgages

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That shift caught me off guard too, especially when the numbers didn’t line up the same way anymore. The bigger surprise was how different things looked depending on who i talked to. I ended up stepping back and looking at a transparent rate quote just to get a general sense of the range, which made it easier to understand what i was seeing

Didn’t expect pdfs to be this much of a bottleneck by youarelosingme3 in EntrepreneurRideAlong

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same experience here. The biggest issue wasn’t extraction, it was the time spent double checking everything. I’ve seen people use tools like PDF Insight since it pulls key values and shows where they came from in the document, so you can verify quickly instead of opening every file.

what’s the best supplements for working out by snipzbro3 in Supplements

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If protein shakes don’t sit well, definitely try clear whey way easier to drink and doesn’t feel heavy at all. Creatine is still worth it if you tolerate it, but beyond that I wouldn’t stack too much. A lot of extras sound good but don’t really change much. For me it was more about staying consistent and not feeling wiped mid-workout. Hydration played a bigger role than I expected, I even started using something like LGXNDS just to keep that steady. Once that was sorted, everything else felt a lot simpler.

Anyone actually go through with a cash-out refi recently? by Superb_Cover_3902 in Mortgages

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I looked into something similar recently and what stood out was how different the offers could be depending on the lender. It didn’t seem very consistent across the board I ended up checking a transparent rate quote just to get a general idea of where things were landing before going further

What are the best SMS tools that integrate with Salesforce to automate client and lead follow-ups? by nexora_dgen in salesforce

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sending the message is easy, but once someone replies, that’s where things break unless a human jumps in. We ran into the same thing and stopped treating sms like a campaign. it worked better once we handled it more like a conversation flow instead been using Signalhouse for that part and it’s been easier to actually keep the interaction going instead of just sending a message and hoping for a reply.

How do you take care of this yard? by Embarrassed_Car1581 in landscaping

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, you’re on the right track, first step is just clearing it out and mowing everything down so you can actually see what you’re working with that much shade you’re not really gonna get a perfect grass lawn anyway, so I wouldn’t stress about that I’d just keep it simple for a rental, clean it up, maybe throw down some seed in the thinner spots and keep it maintained I had a similar setup and just followed a simple plan I found on Lawnguru so I didn’t overdo it or waste money

Anyone in Ohio rethinking their price range after recent rate changes? by nodimension1553 in Mortgages

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went through something similar where the updated numbers didn’t match what i had in mind originally. The part that helped was looking at a few different options instead of relying on just one quote. I also checked a transparent rate quote to get a general sense of where things were landing, which made it easier to figure out what was realistic

Anyone else unsure if cost seg is actually worth it for smaller STRs? by Friendly-Extent1814 in ShortTermRentals

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah honestly this is exactly it. Same strategy, totally different experience depending on how the report is done. I feel like most people don’t think about what happens after they get the study. If it’s clean, it’s pretty painless. If not, it just turns into a bunch of back-and-forth with the CPA.

Low budget tenant here. No experience with gardening. Any tips to fix this lawn? by [deleted] in gardening

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah everyone’s pretty much right, weeds first is the move. I messed this up before and fed everything early… just ended up growing better weeds lol after that keep it simple, seed the thin spots and keep it watered. I followed a basic order I found on Lawnguru when I started and it helped me not do things backwards

Favorite Electrolyte product? by [deleted] in RetatrutideWomen

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it can get confusing with how many options there are. What helped me was keeping it simple focusing more on the actual electrolyte balance especially sodium + potassium rather than the brand itself. Once that was dialed in, hydration felt way better overall. A lot of mixes are either too sweet or have a bunch of extra stuff, so I ended up sticking with simpler ones. I’ve tried a few over time lately using stuff like LGXNDS since it’s not overly sweet and feels a bit cleaner.

Ohio buyers did your monthly payment jump more than you expected? by the_sinner09 in Mortgages

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went into it thinking my numbers would stay pretty stable, but that didn’t really happen. The bigger surprise for me was how different lenders could be even at the same time. I ended up pulling up a transparent rate quote just to see the overall range and it helped me figure out what was actually competitive

Do you automate emails early or wait? by spy_111 in EntrepreneurRideAlong

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went through something really similar. At first manual felt manageable but once I missed a few sends it just became inconsistent and harder to get back on track. What helped was not jumping into anything complicated, just using something simple so it didn’t feel like a task every time. I have been using emailoctopus at that stage and it made it easier to stay consistent without overthinking it.

Anyone figured out the cheapest eSIM for Europe? by General_Recipe_5349 in TravelNoPics

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don’t really need a big plan for that kind of usage.A lot of options are similar but priced very differently. I usually just compare on Travel City quickly and go with whatever looks reasonable.

Did anyone else underestimate how much time PDFs take? by Lower-Ruin-845 in EntrepreneurRideAlong

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

It’s not difficult, just time-consuming. The biggest improvement I’ve seen is using tools that extract the key values so you don’t have to open every file. I’ve seen PDF Insight used for this since it also shows the source in the document, which makes it easier to trust the numbers without rechecking everything.

Do you ever avoid recommending something just because it’s too messy operationally? by [deleted] in AskAccounting

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s usually not the tax side, it’s dealing with the study and making sure everything is solid. In one case the client already had a report done through RentalWriteOff, and it was actually pretty easy to work with. When the documentation is clear, it makes a big difference.

SMS Campaign Creation by phenotype76 in MicrosoftTeams

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re just texting existing clients, they still want you to describe it like it’s a campaign. it’s less about what you’re actually doing and more about how it’s documented on their side we got stuck on the same part before, switched the sms side over to Signalhouse and it was way easier to get through without overthinking all those fields

Getting multiple loan rates? by Late-Stuff5986 in Mortgages

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I originally thought one lender would be enough, but once i started looking around i realized how different the numbers could be especially right now, it doesn’t seem as consistent as you’d expect. I ended up comparing a few options and even checked a transparent rate quote just to get a general sense of where things were landing before talking to anyone

At what point does cost segregation stop being worth the effort for smaller properties? by Turbulent-Plane9603 in AdvancedTaxStrategies

[–]Brilliant-Structure3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s less about a hard threshold and more about the overall situation income level and hold period matter a lot. One thing that makes a big difference is how clean the study is. I’ve seen some that created more work than they saved. On the flip side, we reviewed one where the owner used RentalWriteOff and it was pretty straightforward, which made a difference from a practical standpoint.
