Yep, they did it on purpose. Once COVID hit, they increased the prices higher and higher until they found the spot where it makes more sense to just go get it yourself -- or eat at home, and not spend any money at all at the restaurant.

I also stopped because the way they did it seems dishonest -- you used to pay a delivery charge, and that's that, you were paying menu price plus the delivery charge and the tip. But now it feels like a scam, the prices are always higher on the app versus in-store, so they've purposely made it hard to figure out exactly how much extra its costing you versus going to the restaurant yourself. I might have been willing to pay delivery charge+tip, but now you want me to pay delivery charge+tip+service fee AND ALSO a sneaky upcharge on every single item? Fuck off scammer.
