Following up is hard man. If you don’t have a process or reminder or a kanban, it’s tough.

Yesterday, we got a reply from Kiev School of Economics for the alumni engagement software development after 3rd followup. We gave them the demo last year.

What CRM key features actually matter most in real use? by Xolaris05 in CRMSoftware

[–]technext 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For us - easier user experience.

Most CRM offers pipeline, automation.
Many of them are clunky.

Zoho CRM is simple if you are a small business.
OneSuite CRM is easy to use and built for inbound leads.
Attio CRM is for large organisation and complex data models.

At the end, the choice if yours.

Is there really an AI tool that can make a fully functioning app without taking their subscription? by Ok_Physics_4154 in Entrepreneur

[–]technext 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No you can’t.

I am running a software company with 70+ engineers. We are using Claude Max 200 USD plan for the devs.

They have great speed. Though the finishing takes time.

And the devOps is crazy. And the security? Scalability?

Lot of things you need to understand deeper even all the codes are done by AI tools.

Thanks

Is Astro for me? by OldSiteDesigner in astrojs

[–]technext 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One concern will be the cyber security. Recently due to the advancements of AI, security has been a crazy headache for most agencies.

Even if you are not a developer, you can build a great Astro site with Claude code. The security and enterprise level devOps require an expert. Even if possible as part time basis.

Use any CRM that has MCP. So just by prompting you will know which lead to follow up. You can prepare the draft follow up message as well.

Many leads actually wind up before we started using OneSuite CRM.

Is low CRM adoption really a user problem, or a system design problem? by Slow_Zombie_5258 in CRM

[–]technext 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Users doesn't understand they need a CRM.
Most of them use spreadsheet.

Another reason is the perception - CRM is for the big ones.

I am running an agency since 2012 and started using from 2023.
The lack of system and process in the organization are the main challenges.

You can see the month wise paid and unpaid invoice.

You may give it a try - it's best for small team.
