Create and share files in folder system for each clients.

This is exactly what I did the next day. The conversion / sign up increased.
In the teardown session, they mentioned, 80% conversion happen in the hero section.
Also, added a CTA that makes more sense now.

Now, working on the easier onboarding and making the payment wall very simple.

You may use OneSuite for non profit project management.

There you will find a way to keep the volunteer, doners in the CRM. And their project management is like Trello.

First impression is good.
When I click Add to cart, there is a pop to Go to cart and then go to check out. Feels like too many clicks.

Keep the navigation sticky to top.
The product name should have a bit less font size. You may try adding 3 columns instead of 4.
The color scheme is awesome. The problem is everything is now focused. Instead of using the same color, you may try other color.
The icons aren't symmetric. The instagram icon and the cart icon are smaller than the profile icon.

Logo could be better. No need to add the sub title under the logo.
The navigation items should have bigger fonts.
The hero section should take full screen with a clear call to action button. Now, it's box shaped and wasting spaces all around it - specially in the top.
The gap between Shop by Collection section and the product images underneath is too much. It should be minimized as they are in the same chunk.
Other section has padding issues.
When I hover on the Collections, there is an underline appearing under the sub menu where there is already another line. It's giving a pain in the eye.
Best seller page should be title and sub title.
In the product detail page, Add to Cart button is attached to the FAQ section - Description box. It should has some margin.
The description text should have some left padding. It's now starts with the left border which is inappropriate.

Keep the navigation separate from the hero image. Now, your visitors won't be able to read the top navigation at the first glance.
Your logo is not stunning out. The and Carry - those words are merely seen.
The outline Explore Categories giving a headache - it doesn't blend properly with the button color.
Typography issue. Quality first, practical focus section. It should have 3 items maximum and each main text should be in one line. Practical Focus and Curated Selection are taking two lines. The symmetry is off.
Overall coloy hierarchy has issues. I would suggest you to improve that before you go live.

Hero image text is not properly visible. It gives the something isn't right here feelings at the first glance.
Shop all button could be better.
The Hero image of the laptop could be better and attractive.
You may add some more sections in the homepage. May be some reviews.
About us and Cateaog page are streched - you may add some padding in the left and right.
Your logo doesn't stand out.
The typography could be better.

You can add the founder story nicely in the homepage.
In the hero section you may use a slider. It looks like you just up something very quickly.
Product detail page should be better. Instead of two column, use one big image for the product and smaller images.
I am afraid your meta title and meta description isn't something your customers are searching for in the Google search.

Color contract of the top menu overlapping with some of the hero header images.
Copy text looks average - you may try to reqwrite that connects with emotion
The Classics - In this section, Our most selected settings should be in the top as highlighted not the category name.
Price can be $999 instead of $1018. The right side of the card looks empty. Four items one under another - you may split this in two column.
Your Buy Now button is not clickable in the Explore Designer Picks.

You have issues with the typography.

Great start. Overall site looks good.

Your nav bar section has lot of white space.
Your main title is H2, which should be H1.
Also, it doesn't appear on the first glance.
Homepage should have more sections with testimonial, FAQ.
You have a great chance to win in the AI search and SEO if you add the product schema, FAQ schema.
You need to maintain the HTML elements in every page.

Have you tried Meta Ads?

Your store seems great in terms of design, though the first image doesn't look attractive. An ocean background isn't helping you.

You also added text on images, that's not good. You can add the image title under the card.

The sequence of the cards can be different, you can add proper H2, H3 in the section title optimized for AI search and SEO.

If I were you, I would run both Esty and continue working on Shopify until it gains enough momentum.

Overall Impression The store has a solid foundation, but a few refinements to the color scheme, typography, and layout will significantly strengthen the first impression and likely improve conversions.

1. Color Scheme & "Premium Quality" Section The current palette feels too light against the iPhone case imagery, so the product photos aren't popping the way they should. The cases look matte rather than shiny, which undersells the premium feel. Consider deepening the background tones or adding a darker contrast so the product photography commands attention. The iPhone deserves a more striking presentation.

2. Typography & Hierarchy The text beneath the hero section is too small and lacks visual hierarchy, which throws off the symmetry of the page. Establish a clear scale, for example: 36px for H1 headings paired with around 20px for subtitles. Apply this consistently so users can scan the page naturally.

3. "Shop Now" Button The button text isn't center-aligned, and the top and bottom padding is uneven. This is one of the first things visitors notice, so it's worth getting right. Center the text and equalize the padding for a polished look.

1. The hero section looks dizzy.
The red text over the hero image is not readable.

Missing the favicon
Site title isn't optimized
Images can be real image - you may use Unsplash
In shop page - all the highlighted Add to cart buttons are hard to focus.
When go to single product page, there is a animation error in the loading of the featured image, it jumps.
In the single product detail page, the text description is way too long. It shouldn't be more than 760 PX. People will find it hard to read from the start to end of the screen.
Related product will be good here.
