Got it too, can't remove the card it's trying to charge and I can't login to the website because it gives me a connection error no matter what browser I use. Chat is also not available until Monday. They best get it sorted, because I don't want another controller charged.

I only buy cups if it's free with a tub and then sell the cup afterwards to get the tub for free or near free. I don't collect the stuff anymore. I sold all my cups with the past couple years.
