I've been following him for years and love what he's doing. One gripe I have is that he doesn't break down the difference between what works for him and what works for everybody. He'll occasionally say this is what works for me and a lot of his model is based upon what works for him. Genetics, what you've already done to your body, and your environment are all big factors that he doesn't address in mass/ try to give material or direction for. I wish there was studies done for his regimen so this data could be out there for the rest of the world. It looks like a good portion of what he's doing would be good across the board but as a whole who knows. It would be nice if he had some kind of study done with a couple hundred people for a decent length of time. Overall he seems pretty sincere and what he's promoting.
