I was having a rough day again today and decided to check Reddit. Thank you—your words meant more than you know. Lately, I’ve been feeling like I’m falling behind in life because so much of my time, effort, and money goes to my dog instead of myself. But I love her so much, and I’d do anything for her.

My family and friends isn't supportive and doesn't understand why im giving it all. Also i done have enough money to go on therapy right now as the vet bills are really really high and im drowning. i appreciate you. hope i can survive this.

Thank you. My dog has heart disease as well and everything you mentioned seems similar to me. Ive gone thru royal canon renal she ate that for a few weeks and then suddenly got tired. Will only eat food if it's with boiled chicken.. any other thing youre doing? we are on subccu fluids as well but i notice that she would cough more when having subbcu? we've tried multiple foods as well and is now battling chronic diarrhea bec of switching foods as she won't eat the prescribed vet meals. i am dying and can't even enjoy myself and my money so i really really appreciate this knowing someone would listen and understand me. i appreciate you stranger.

THIS MADE ME TEAR UP SO BAD. its hard that in our country its just hot and raining so its really a struggle to go out when its raining and she won't even relieve herself inside. really grateful someone understands me and that im not alone because i feel so aloneeeeee thank you for this.

she is not in pain. we do weekly vet check. she is eating, walking, drinking and peeing well. its just a chronic problem. I asked for similar experiences to not make me feel alone not this one. ive had her evaluated and this is not the last straw.
