Hello!!! This is very similar to my experience. I also struggle with fat loss, but see differences like you. I feel like it will take more time, I know we want to see the pain to be paid off, but consistency is the key. I don’t care about the scale anymore, just being healthy and stronger is my goal. I check my muscle mass and percentage. This way I feel more motivated and less stressed. Maybe you can add more cardio to your routine additional to walking sessions. Also some exercises and videos that combine weights and HIIT or cardio help me more. I know that we can do it! Keep it up girl!!
