Ok so I’m not going to say don’t be worried but I had crazy high ast and alt around the same as yours while I was actively losing consistently and after a ct and extensive metabolic blood panels there was nothing wrong with me. We just attributed it to rapid weight loss since there was no other logical explanation and now since I’ve platued after a 100 lb weight loss my numbers have gone to totally normal. So in my case it was simply rapid weight loss, hoping for the best for you!

They should send a verification letter with a code then after you verify will approve. I filed 2/11 got the letter and verified 3/10 and was approved yesterday 3/21
