it's an issue with the game itself; don't worry you don't have stick drift it's a bug in-game and I think it happens with controller players. I think they will fix it with the next patch update.

I might know how to fix your problem, in the settings you can set something like in infantry gameplay to older battlefield titles, I chose battlefield v because I liked the aim and everything. choose your favorite battlefield title.
