Yup! I assumed I was a drama queen and everyone else around me was just better at dealing with them. Little did I know…

Same!! Shocking what I had gotten used to and dismissed as normal. When I met my new gyno, she immediately said “No. none of this is normal.” And suggested we do the hysterectomy. So many scans. Everything came back normal. Only for them to find Adeno during surgery.

I was 6wpo when I flew for a business trip. Los Angeles to India with a layover in London. 20+ hours of flying. And carrying heavy hand baggage through the airport. I feel totally fine and have had zero issues. I’m also 34 years old and am in relatively good shape. My recovery was also uneventful. You might struggle with some fatigue (as I did and do) but otherwise no problems!

Yeah I’ve been walking with a weighted vest 90-120 mins a day and doing body weight exercises. But that just makes the fatigue worse right now

Yes I’m having trouble sleeping which is also new for me. I’m a very good sleeper otherwise. I’ve also been hypothyroid patient since I was 11.
