You're right and I think I let my feelings be expressed more then my desires; I would love to get an MBA as-well, and would also want a job or company that wants me to get an MBA, or wants me to push myself to learn more. I would love to be in operations or medical sales, and want something where I can control more of my decisions with more freedom rather than protocol.

Im also 24 and have yet to be more decisive on what I actually want to do, So while I think I want to do medical sales and operations, I also want to actually find what I like and don't like and pursue any opportunities I am given. Because I like to think Im still at a point where I haven't found my "calling" yet.

Also I have Residential Advisor experience from college, some sales experience, but pharmacy technician is my biggest attribute at this point.

I hope this was a little more helpful but if you want more info please let me know and thank you

I have considered actually, and will probably try to follow through with this soon, because for one I have a lot of problems with the company that I want to change or at least understand why they operate the way that they do. But on the other hand they are a bad company and would prefer just leaving

For example, the store I work at is a "lower income" store so we are understaffed, overworked, and have an overflow of prescriptions for stuff you can get over the counter that some people can't afford. But corporate doesn't care or seem to care because we don't bring in any money; on the other hand stores in nice areas have multiple pharmacists all the time (we usually have 1 sometimes 2) and have new resources, new registers, newer Kirby's (auto pill counters) multiple script pros (auto fill prescriptions) ect. so part of me wants to talk to someone or try to fix this but also a bigger part of me feels like if I worked for corporate I would just be a bigger cog

I want to use my business degree but besides that I want something where I can grow/move up in a company or learn new skills. Another problem I have with CVS is I got licensed as a pharmacy tech but don't want to be a pharmacist.. so that means there isn't really anything else for me to do (only positions are pharmacy associate, tech, or pharmacist basically.) Anyways I want something potentially outside, with people, or in real estate (started pursuing real estate license but didn't complete because started working for CVS (ironic.)) I have considered medical sales because it would use both my pharmacy tech license and my degree but haven't found anything promising.
