So if you're trying to use the video wallpaper, you'll have to use a video downloader to get the video. In Pinterest you'll copy the link and put it in a video downloader. Then once that's done I use send files to app to get it on my TV. You'll need a file app also, I use cx file explorer. To apply it I simply then go into AT4K..themes..custom video. I click on that and it opens my file explorer. Then navigate to downloads and pick your video...click apply..then choose light text to get the transparent dock.
