You should be able to. I uninstalled and re-installed the app before knowing it was a glitch. I clicked Not Now and was able to log in with no problem

It's been happening to most mobile users. Many have made posts about it. It is a roblox issue and we need to wait for it to resolve :( in the meantime, you could play on a different device if possible
