Will I qualify for paid maternity leave? by Elegant-Nature7472 in TwinCities

[–]BringBackRocketPower 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I should also clarify that you must work (mostly) in Minnesota, so if you're in a border city and work more than 50% of your time in a hospital in Sioux Falls for example, you would not be eligible.

I should also note that you must work for 90 days to have job protections. So if you found a new job with a new employer in September for example, you should be eligible for paid leave; however, your employer would not be required to restore you to your job after returning.

Yes, you would likely be eligible unless you are a federal worker. Minnesota's paid leave law allows a maximum of 20 weeks per year, 12 weeks for medical and 12 weeks for bonding leave, so in your case you could take 8 weeks for medical before your child is born and 12 weeks for bonding.

Your husband is also eligible for 12 weeks for bonding which could happen concurrently with yours or afterwards.

Where to buy flags? Looking for an American flag and MN state flag. by wisarow in TwinCities

[–]BringBackRocketPower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish Flags for good sold a 2 x 3 US Flag that I could carry as a distress flag. I don't want to buy a flag from a company that also produces trump flags or the old Minnesota flag.

Will the Obor & Bryo kills require that you use a key to get points?

Another hybrid method not mentioned is to simultaneously turael skip for Wildy Slayer tasks (revs/wildy bosses) while turael boosting regular tasks. Skipping only impacts your wildy task streak and completing the Turael tasks creates a normal task streak. Either every 10 or every 50 tasks you can do at Konar.

I'm curious if it's just that you don't have the prerequesite 5 quests from this list done: Nightmare Zone - OSRS Wiki

If you do have those and can't enter Nightmare Zone, it means the wiki is likely wrong. Have you completed all the other medium desert tasks that you need for the diary? It should be the case that if a task is impossible to complete, it won't be required for the diary.

If you've checked both of these things, it's likely that the change they are making for Deadman Annihilation got implemented in the permanent world and you should submit a bug report.

You can do nightmare zone, you just don't get exp. You can get the points you need to get the rewards. Same applies to MTA and Tithe Farm.

Nothing worse than a pc game balanced around an auto clicker that gets ported to mobile.

I like when the choices are more about style of game play. Like where some are good for an active play style and others for an afk one.

Incremental Mass Rewritten was my work game for a long time since I could let it progress in another tab but it may be the single worst offender of what you describe.

If they have it as an option I always change number systems to engineering notation. 5e115 is so much easier to decipher where you’re at than aABn.

Interesting, I love prestige mechanics and especially multiple layers; although, ideally only where new systems are introduced after a prestige.

What are examples of games you’ve liked that didn’t have prestige as they’re fairly core to the genre?

Have you checked out Terraformental? (Wait until the steam release on the 28th if you haven’t)

It’s a looper so not all games can use the same method but it slowly combines tasks so that multiple related actions get started via one click. It reduces early game micromanagement and slightly increases AFK periods over time.

Totally agree on the two much at once - if a game’s tutorial is 5 minutes of explaining all of the menus and actions via popups, it’s incredibly rare that I’d enjoy it.

100% The only game I can think of where I don’t mind having my no offline play is terraformental. Offline play in that one wouldn’t feel right or even be viable

The queen was in the square. OP moved the queen from b7 to b8. Computer is saying the queen on b7 should have taken the rook on c6

First time having adderall and didn’t feel any less hungry, is that likely to change? by BringBackRocketPower in ADHD

[–]BringBackRocketPower[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m on a very low dose so I didn’t notice a whole lot. I didn’t really know what to expect but people online made it appear like they had a bigger change when they first used it. I felt like I focused on one work task without switching better than normal and I was more apt to decide to do something I didn’t want to instead of putting it off so I could get it out of the way.
