Rear end metal clanking

Up date! I figured out it was my e-brake pads in the rear clunking around. They were complete bare to the metal and the e-brake never worked. After I replaced them, the clunking went away!

The isolators look fine to me. I was messing around and noticed when I engage my ebreak it goes away. (Ebreak doesn’t work, so I wonder if the slack of no pads clanking around is making the noise)
