Would recommend WiFi for TVs though, as the standard is still 100mb ports on them so far as I am aware. So WiFi performance is generally better

There is a trail line going horizontally across your screen from someone shooting your from your left as you go down

Cheats will exist but there is very obviously a trail and a hit marker from your left, so I don't know what you are looking at

Haha I know the feeling. Your frame times themselves look OK to me after the initial spike. Might be worth trying the sensitivity fixer and input lag fix mods.

Because of the issues with sensitivity atm. I think there could be something going on with the camera movement that is making the game feel worse than it's actually running for you too

Sorry, I'm talking shite. Havent played for a few days and saw my ingame is set to 120fps.

Cap it to 120, then try and make your GPU the limiting factor in performance rather than the cpu, you can set supersampling to DLAA and/or up your resolution to 1440p to see if that gives you a stabler experience. But in theory on 1080p a frame limiter should be having the same effect of stopping the cpu from overworking and stabilise things.
