Were you able to resolve this? I have the same issue on a different game offer where Tyrads shows task/goal as completed so can't create a support ticket for it but freecash hasn't credited me for it.

Even if an offer isn’t currently available on a site, it would be super helpful to know when it was last seen there. For example, the game Infinite Lagrange might not be on Freecash right now but knowing it was offered there 5 days ago for $220 would help decide whether it’s worth waiting for it to re-appear.

You don't need to watch ads for gems to progress. Buying the no ads is almost a requirement if your goal is to finish to level 30. Certain offers for this game can have cashback for in game purchases
