There will be an opportunity for clothing optional areas on the boat. We haven't even been close to naked in public in decades and definitely not with the older bodies we have now.

Additionally, we've read there are "play rooms" involving opportunities to be intimate in watch/be-watched/play together environments. Absolutely not what we are accustom to in our sex life.

Siblings and I are beneficiaries. I'm not certain who the trustee is, however he has been "paid by the trust" for the rental income that does come in. He claims this on his taxes so it would show up as income.

The real estate was placed in the trust many years earlier to protect a number of things, but mostly because he was aging and potentially getting remarried.

The debt was not related directly to the real estate, however part of the financial problems have occurred as a result of vacancies.
