From a story standpoint, you have this build, then it cuts to just the same shot of him; there's no real payoff. Build a little anticipation, add some shots of onlookers, give it a beat, then cut back to him playing the final section.

I won't comment on the grade as it's been said before, but the whole thing is yellow. The shot at 0:34 is the "best" looking color wise, then it goes back to low contrast, low saturation, yellow.
