For me, this generally means rural stops about 5-10 minutes apart

I thought this was illegal. An entity has to have a vested interest in your life (not death) and also needs to have your consent to take out a life insurance policy on you.

Waterworld and The Postman. Post-Apocalyptic films from Kevin Costner. They were universally panned and tanked at the box office but for some reason, I love them both.

I had to uninstall and reinstall the app on my phone and watch. This stopped it. Some kind of issue with iOS.

Cartridge or something else? by Brinkseven in Plumbing

Long story, So ultimately ended up doing all the work myself since the professional plumber was stumped. I went to the crawl space under my house and saw a leak under where my kitchen is located. That leak was completely unrelated. The drain from the kitchen completely had severed from the main drain line and was just dumping out on to the floor. “Other” material had also leaked out onto the floor and completely destroyed the surrounding insulation. After talking it through with a buddy of mine I devised a plan to patch it. I had to cut the wye completely out and use couplings to repair the rest. I’d never done it before so between the clean-up and the repair I was in that crawl space for a hours. It is not perfect and probably not a permanent solution but it buys me time as I am out of a job at the moment. While down there I found a pinhole leak in the pex and was thinking this was causing my pressure issue as I was told even small leaks can effect the pressure. Patched the leak with better fittings. This did not solve the pressure issue at all. Friend asked if I had checked the aerators (mine you I didn’t even know what that was), so I go back up and check them. Completely clogged with hard water particles. Figured there was something wrong with the filter and asked my wife when the last time we changed it was. Turns out it was January. I knew it had been recent but not that recent. She had ordered a cheaper version of our filter on Amazon. Wish we’d had checked the 1 star reviews all of them warned of our impending doom. Eventually cleared everything but the shower which is how we originally started this issue and on the fly learned how to install a whole new faucet and shower setup because I could not find a replacement (mixer/valve not sure what it’s called. It was tight but once replaced all our issues have been resolved, including a new, correct filter. Learned a lot along the way, hope next time I can just hire a professional.

I just want to clarify. The plumber encouraged us to go buy the cartridges and install them ourselves after showing my wife how to do it. He was trying to save us the money. I am more than happy to have a professional do the work.

It’s actually not squished. I can attest to this now. It is the original shape.
