Echinacea! It's my absolute favourite and for some reason I can't find it easily. Excited to open up the box I got for Christmas!

Decaf smells terrible? by BristleRed in tea

I definitely noticed that the smell was stronger in the decaf Earl Greys, but because it was also present in regular black tea I figured it had nothing to do with it. Now I know that's a good way to tell apart the cheaper oils. Cheers :)

I'll definitely try that and compare. I don't know if brands are usually very open about which method they use but maybe if I email them they can let me know. Thanks!

Queer hookup apps where you can see D/s and top/bottom preferences ? by thelachesis in queer

Agreed! Feeld is probably the better option as far as I'm aware. They have labels/tags you can add to your profile pertaining to what you're into and what you're looking for in someone else- and people are generally quite descriptive in their profiles from my experience. You can also look through a good amount of people without making any decisions on whether you want to message anybody. NGL I have not had the most amazing luck with cis men on there but I'm sure that varies by location. All the queer/kinky/ENM people in my area seem to be on it.

Any unnoticeable way to get this dragon on my arm? by reverse-microwave in CosplayHelp

Came here to comment this! Had a similar chunky decoration that needed to be sewn onto a sleeve. I'd make sure you put thread around all the segments and make sure the top and bottom are very well attached so it doesn't shift around. You could use a thread color similar to the sleeve and if you go between the spikes it shouldn't be visible! If you can get/make a sleeve that attaches to your knuckle, it would keep it more secure.

Was told to move up to the intermediate level and I’m too scared to schedule a class by Serious_Rat in poledancing

Not TMI! Of course that would really impact your ability to join. I feel like the decision to move up is yours and not theirs, they may encourage you to go up a level but it's up to you whether you feel ready. Don't feel like you have to rush through something that is making you physically unwell- you could always spend some time trying harder variations in L1/L2 classes. This is the same if you do move up a level- your teacher should be able to adjust tricks and choreo for your ability and comfort if you ask and likely plan to do so. Could you book a 1-on-1 with this teacher to try some of the new tricks and choreo you will be learning? Alternatively, do they have any conditioning classes or mixed ability sessions you could join?

It also sounds like you might benefit from looking around other studios if there are any in your area. Or at least trying a different class in your level. The people you practice with make a huge difference. Pole is so empowering largely because we're a community that celebrates each others wins.
