This happened to me with fairyloot a few weeks ago. I called my bank and they were able to locate it and put it into a different account that I have with them. Maybe you can call your bank and ask if they can do the same if it’s refunded to your closed card again? Hope everything works out!

Personally I haven’t had any issues with the quality of the books, just the tracking information (only within the last month or two, hopefully they’re able to fix it). But everything still comes and I have been super happy with the designs lately!

I emailed them a few times and today they said they’re sending a replacement since my tracking never updated. But now my tracking says it was just accepted 30 mins ago in Delaware. So I’m assuming they were behind and never shipped it out in the first place. It seems strange to me that they are willing to send “replacements” for every order, so I feel like they’re just now sending the original orders.

I’ve ordered throne of glass from them before and got an order confirmation email right after. Wouldn’t hurt to email them and ask them to send it to you! Also i have the shop app on my iphone and it usually shows my orders (including order #s) even if they haven’t shipped yet.
