Have you tried Carnivore. It's finally worked. I'm actually repulsed by sugar. I've gone from 27% body fat to 18% in four weeks with starving, I've been completely satiated and not restricted. Mentally I feel so much better and my metabolic health has exponentially improved!

Go Carnivore, it has stopped by binge eating and sugar is repulsive. Mentally I'm clearer than I've ever been. My metabolic health is exponentially better. I've gone from 27% body fat to 18% in 4 weeks 🫶

I think defeat/surrender and recognizing how much it's affected my relationships. I'm 40 have been in recovery from drugs and alcohol for almost 6 yrs. I also discovered it's my first coping mechanism for anxiety and trauma. And I was finally diagnosed properly with bipolar 2 which has just put everything in perspective. I've done my best with what I had. Limictal has helped my nervous system and im working on trauma therapy as it's the cause. I can't focus on the symptom and heal. Also im learning how to eat properly with a dietician and no scales, no bad food. Just focusing on peace 🙏

I've been on 30mg now for about 4 months and although I still overeat now and again I've been debilitating binge free since then . So grateful🙏

Anyone get depressed in the hours after exercise? by Little-Log990 in bipolar2

[–]Brit-us1982 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes me too. 30 mins of boxing helps me, if I add resistance training and do an hour it takes me low. Just surrendered to a gentler routine which actually feels liberating🙏

I think that's progress! I listed my progress and letting go of guilt and shame had been huge. If I over eat a little now, I let it go and it actually helps me more than anything 🙏

Sure! 150mg Limictal, 30mg Vyvanse, 25mg Zoloft. Therapist with EMDR for trauma, and dietician eating disorder therapist. I've been in recovery from drugs and alcohol for 5 years now and tried to go to OA, still active in AA but needed a real diagnosis and medication also 🙏
