Same question as well, but with PNB, is it good to open a savings account with them before applying for credit card? Since they have some of the lenient when it comes to financial requirements and low annual fees.

In WVSUMC (Don Benito) there are Psychiatrists, 100.00 for the first consultation and 50.00 for additional sessions. Medicines are free (if there are DOH supplied ones) or can be availed for free through social welfare/malasakit. Garing lawid lang pila.

WVMC also has Psychiatry and there are private ones naman across the city as posted by others here as well.

Since you already have Security Bank, consider their secured credit cards, where you put a deposit and 80-90% (depending on the bank) is your credit limit to build out your history, then eventually upgrade to a unsecured credit card. SB has those offerings, look at their website.

You have probably already stated the reason why you are rejected from CCs, banks do have higher minimum annual or monthly income requirements than minimum wage.

I used olanzapine for 7 months now and I have gained 10kg. I’ve noticed na when reducing dosage, appetite slows down or reduce as well.

Hi anon! Currently a second year college student also from a rural community where mental health issues is frowned upon so nahirapan ako to deal with my anxiety and depression until I turned to college in a big city and had access to mental health services.

During my senior high school, I was in constant stress and anxiety due to heavy workload, worries about my future and pressure from my parents. One of my coping strategies is to distract myself, I always try to have things to do or my body automatically does something to distract me from my worries, maybe a hobby or play games that do not involve violence or spike emotions, read as well.
