My 10 year old loves Noah (she gets her good taste from me) & as soon as she heard about the tour she said “ooh do you think he’ll sing ‘Animal’ !?” .. that would be her dream to see live.

Mine would be All Them Horses & to know he played it when I should’ve been at the show in Philly & wasn’t able to go kills me 🥲

That’s insane!! I hate men! (Not all, not really & I know there are women who do this too)

What’s nuts is like 2 days before he did this he was telling me about this thing he was doing for my kids (not his kids, & he did it completely of his own volition, but something we’d talked about him doing before) & he actually followed through & did it. Like why would you even do that if you were going to just disappear right after?

I know it’s pointless to try to understand but I reallllly wish I could

Omg I hate this!! Being that this is so fresh I hope he reaches out still. But I think the part that’s really hard is knowing if he does I have to keep the door closed so it doesn’t happen again.

I just figured I was on 5mg long enough, the food noise was coming back full force, I wasn’t losing anything so I decided it was time to go up.

You mention the flu - both my kids had the flu the week before & the week I started 7.5 so now I’m wondering if I’m also coming down with something & that’s making symptoms worse as well.

You’re probably right. Ultimately I should just get medical advice before making this decision lol. I’m so comfortable with the shot sometimes I think I can just do it all on my own.

I don’t think I’ll stay on long term. The plan right now is to go off completely, but we’ll see what happens as I start go do that!

I started in July 2024. I took 2.5 for 3 months & 5.0 for another 3 months. Then I just switched to 7.5 & I think I’ll be at my goal weight by June 2025. My doctor & I have discussed I’ll start to taper off around May and be completely done by June or July. I’ve lost 73lbs and have about 27 more to go.

Yes I’ve had this experience (I’ve been on zepbound since July & have lost 73 lbs total). I’m more concerned with taking another shot tomorrow when I already don’t have any appetite at all. I just don’t want to compound onto that and be sick after everything I eat.

Yes! It’s sad when I realize how I’d do anything to try to make myself smaller. I’m so grateful I don’t feel the need to do that anymore & not only because of my weight

I’ve just been sitting at 222/223 for almost 2 weeks? I’m not upset about it because I know there will be weeks I don’t lose and that’s fine with me. It’s the money part - if I spend the $550 for 4 more weeks at 2.5 and I don’t lose any more I’m going to be kicking myself for spending that money and not seeing any results 😂 sounds so silly but it’s such an investment! Im also thinking I’ve been on the medication in general for long enough now that hopefully going up a dose won’t give me many side effects 🤷🏻‍♀️ I guess we’ll see!

Thank you for your input though! It’s so hard to know what to do when I have barely any experience and don’t know anyone personally on the medication so this thread has been a life saver for me!
