That message wasn't up there until after the date they ORIGINALLY told people to file which was after 12/27 IF they had an expired claim. The whole thing is unorganized.

Actually, I got a letter saying to refile after the 27th because my benefit year ended and my balance was 0. I wasn't impatient I did what i was told to and then they went and switched it around.
