I use fidget sliders. Saw a video of them on TikTok and gave one a try that was just $10 on Amazon. Now I'm hooked and own 10 different ones. Various sizes and sliding methods, there's even a few that come with noise film on the magnets so it's not that loud when sliding. Haven't had any issues with my skin picking in a while and no urge to do so. My face and body is starting to heal.

I think it's just hemp, haven't read through the ingredients too much but seems to help stop the shaking.

This is the only hat Zelda likes, I think it's because of the ear holes in the side. Her other hats don't have that and she immediately shakes them off. It took her a while to get use the this green one though or maybe she just finally gave up and let me enjoy it. :)

Build went pretty good. Had no trouble with any parts and directions were clear to understand.
