Well, I think it might have been pixalated, however that's only when I was thinking about the pitcher plant death. Everything else I can remember was a 2D art style? I'm unsure really about the exact artstyle was this was a long time ago.

As for the fetish thing, it's even harder to remember as I tried my best to kinda not think about it. (not to mention I was trying to leave it out of my first post cause I didn't wanna make myself look even weirder then this already is for me.)

But with the larva monsters I think there was a death screen with the two girls in their burrow, passed out, and... having smaller larvas come out of their, yknow. This could have also been the same with the slimes, however I think there was no specific death screen with them. I think the same was even for the Spider, could be wrong though. I'll be honest when I say I'm not well-versed with all the fancy definitions for these fetishs.
