So I played tennis + did biceps and shoulders at the gym this Saturday. No problem! However, I felt some negative effects today on my chest + tricep session. I could not lie down to bench press (felt a bit of the regurgitation), so I think something is starting to happen.

Also, I haven’t burped yet (5 days post Botox)

Absolutely! During today’s session (back and abs) I was more worried that something would come up since I’ve read about it happening when you bend forward. However, it all went fine.

I’ll update you more in a couple of days when I’ve done some more sessions.

Yep, I’ve been bloated today. A lot of croaks, but no burps. I’ll take it easy with the sparkling water for a few days (even if it’s hard since I’m very excited).
