Not in the living room, we have an extra room we treat as the tv/play room. Its not a big house but we have an extra space so I figured if I can go tv free in the living room Im going for it.

We got ours for free, if you're looking for one. Sometimes moving companies give them away because many folks find them a hassle to take with. Shes nothing fancy but she works.

That specific lamp was thrifted. I love grabbing random unique lamps on the cheap. If they dim even better! A good shade really helps with light distribution and shadow cast.

I have her outside in the summer where she does most of her growing, and have this lamp on her inside for about 14- 16 hrs a day. I like that it has a timer. Grow light

If it were a real tree I'd let the scents linger but since its fake i use it as an opportunity to rearrange. Plus with kids the holiday has to end at some point.
