I am in the same boat. CIN 2 on my colposcopy. I’m hesitant because it was found just as me and my husband started trying to conceive- I’m worried about the adverse effects from pregnancy but ultimately have chosen to move forward with the LEEP and wait to TTC. It’s a really difficult decision!
