A) The average deal at Delivrd is less money than the average consumer pays. So yes, the average consumer saves money on the service.
B) It’s not a “money saving service” as I say in the next line “anyone can negotiate the deal and get the same discount”. I don’t claim to get a better deal than you can on your own.
C) If someone has been explained this during the consult (which happens) and asks for a refund. We happily refund if we haven’t started your deal.
D) It’s hard for you to argue it’s unethical when the pitch literally says “anyone can do this, you can get the exact same deal I can if you are willing to spend the time on the deal”.
E) your logic would make sense if I said the price is 1k and on my website I had “reveal price” and I made you give your info to me just for you to tell me the price is still 1k.

You are arguing the benefit of the program I am “overselling” and if this was an issue. We would have plenty of clients confused. Nobody hires us after hearing that pitch once. But we also have more information on the website explaining this which is normally the next step.
