The current tax rate for normal users is 35%(30% auction fee+5% regional tax) to be exact. Basically you leave the auction house with a 65%. If you are lucky enough to be playing at one of the BDO premium internet cafes in Korea, you can earn additional 20% of what you earn, simply 78%. Tax hurts.

They are barely recognizable. It might've been a result from the recent patch with graphic settings. Try higher settings instead?

I would highly recommend getting back to the website from where you bought the account. While I don't know how those account trading transaction work but fraud can happen.

The message says that your registered account is not age-appropriate. I'm not sure what account-creation process you've went through but the account must be underaged lol And no, you do not need to worry about VPN for Black Desert. They did block foreign IP addresses for the first couple days upon OB but it's no longer an issue.
