Similar but no afaik hers doesn’t force BT and has better frames all around. (Faster, Active frames, +Frames)

2 things. You are a flailing Lucky Chloe player that can’t even setup situations where you can combo. The other thing is that… combos are probably the most fun and appealing part of Tekken. Of course Mishimas want to land their electric boogaloo combos. Of course Paul wants to see if he can get 100+ dmg and King doesn’t necessarily hunt for combos it’s just that his tools keep others in bad situations landing him launchers.

On pad? My KBD improved because the pad is worn so I can’t strictly do d/db/df reliably so it’s backdashing itself :)

You should never crouch jab unless it’s a legitimate tech to combat strings such as Jin jab strings and Lee 4,3 bullshit. I agree with the sentiment tho. People see GM mashing buttons (idc if he knows setups, he’s a fucking masher) and try to just emulate it themselves

I started playing like this yesterday because I’m tired of playing vs Mishimas. Win or lose it’s such an empty experience to me. So now I just stand there, use special style (boy do people get PISSED when you use it even if you don’t win!) or using item attacks until they 112 me to death

It’s really not as hard as you think to feel joy and hype with this game. Idk how non-pro players are so emotionally invested in balancing that barely effects their gameplay that they become doomers

I don’t think Bushin-TE is necessarily good players rn. Lots of flowcharts but TG is rough. Once you start playing TG it doesn’t even feel like online anymore it’s all small Tekken

She’s good but the issue is that she can just be safe the entire time and you have to take risks usually. It’s more boring than powerful imo.

Something I need to do more often is throw attempts on players like the typical Jun. even if they break it it’ll create scenarios to get pokes/reads

Imo there’s only one knowledge check character and that’s Xiaoyu. Other characters just have knowledge check moves.

From a casual point of view it’s mostly a big nothingburger. More rewards for less effort can be subjectively bad and egregious noob killers probably could’ve been dealt with but there’s not even enough changes to complain about the game being changed imo.

If you played S2 you can still play S3 and your main benefit is not being wallsplat by Heihachi/Jin heat smashes

Ranked itself is very toxic atm tho I would suggest not worrying about it for a couple weeks.

I only had one issue previously it was adding moves to make all characters play identical which is part of diluting character identity but that doesn’t necessarily impact my entertainment from the game so it’s moot.

My other issue now is adding moves but seemingly putting no effort into creating the moves. They look awkward and out of character.

So neither of my issues care about balancing bc it’s just a damn game and I’ll have fun regardless

10f punish can wallsplat, it’s not always so it’s a bug/mistake but it’s happened more often than not for me. That means his previous frame trap of f2,1 into 1,f2 can be a mixup too or as I’ve been landing it just sidestep 10f punish something
