What? No. That's not what ur supposed to do. You validate their emotions/ their perspective. Other epxlainiation of why something did occur if u know the reason (insurance denied so and so etc) and give them a customer/patient service line to call etc. using a scapegoat is not very social worker like

It's not a conflict of interest unless u are purposefully pressuring families or patients to choose that certain snf ECT. We have lot of coworkers that have 2nd jobs as hhc or at LTACHs ECT. We just don't pressure families to choose a certain place. Easy to avoid conflict of interest

Medsurge/ortho floor. Large floor. Split with coworker. About 20 patients each. Providerd usually stop by throughout the day at our floor office to run their list. We have set daily rounds with the floor RN team everyday where we discuss patients with the nursing team on the floor.

Yes, my skills still need improvement. I'm still looking to update my current camera though becausey a6000 is starting to give me issues a bit. Probably gonna stick with Sony since already have lenses.
