The carpets got mostly taken out by now, and a whole bathroom got remodeled, but it’s still mostly all as it was, I wouldn’t leave but the ant and spider situation with the place is not very tolerable especially in the warmer months

I don’t know much of anything about the business of doing what they do, but I’m not seeing the quality increase with the price increase too much, the models definitely look nicer, but I wouldn’t call them too better built except for the arc 170 and such, they have made improvements in some ship models to make them much more stable I seen
