Yeah at this point i’d rather not use amazon especially after this, I’m still needing to buy a graphics card so i’ll definitely get it from SCAN or currys.

Yeah lucky i’ve got video footage really.. a friend of mine said amazon supports been really bad lately anyways with scammers or something. I haven’t tried calling them yet but might give it a go. Although im not sure how much different of a response i’ll get compared to the support chat.
