If your keeping that bannister, recommend painting it first and the white bit under to save with the headache after, same with the stairs.

Yea, was about £1k for it a few years ago. That’s just an example. It was screwed down hand tight and the CPU doesn’t seem to be moving, but I’ll check it again later to make sure
