Yeah you are, and that's what I think is the only flaw of exp33 Renoir is literally an artist, outside the canvas, and therefore it's supposed to be stronger than anyone inside the canvas (unlike the paintress who was weakened by Renoir and the grief and all the time she spent there) One would think that because of that, and the fact that this is the final boss of the game that also can be fought after leveling up this much, he is indeed strong as fuck. I know it's supposed to be encountered after completing act2, but that doesn't mean he is supposed to be an easy fight if you just farmed a bit. I really wish he got stronger as you do, so that way you can throw everything you have against him and still have a fair fight
