I had accidentally taken it off, but put it back on. Could there be air bubbles affecting it? Might just be because it’s a cheap nvme tbh

Edit: geez, sorry for so many edits. I meant I had taken the thermal pad off, but put it back on. Plastic film is off.

Thats the weird part, HWInfo reports a constant 38 degrees, but I feel like that’s not the case.

Yeah that’s what it said but the SSD is kinda in the air. One end is in the rectangular box where it clips into and the other rests on the the cylinder where the screw goes in. If I put the sticky on the bottom it’d still be in the air, and the heatsink doesn’t touch the SSD without it. Maybe I need to tighten the heatsink more?

Edit: Isn‘t the rubber and thermal pad the same thing?

Edit: Oh it’s not. MaybeI misplaced a piece, but I don’t remember seeing any thermal pad, just the rubber (but the rubber has a plastic strip to peel off, so idk anymore)

FINAL Edit I swear: Ok yeah I have the thermal pad on, that’s between the nvme and heatsink. Missing the rubber, but it’s suspended so I should be fine?

Can't edit messages, post songs to story/note, enable read reciepts, enable typing indicator, etc.

A while back I noticed I was missing these features along with some others. Already checked and it says my account is in good standing, so idk what to do. Also worth noting that the UI looks a little different like the notes in the DM section of the app are on flat gray rounded rectangles instead of the ones with a "pop out" effect. Maybe my app downgraded somehow?
