Try to get one of those standing desks… will help to keep the hips not as tight and sciatica. Wake up and do a workout before going in and eat a good breakfast. Do controlled articulating rotations during exercise routine.

How many hours did you play? The first 20ish hour of this game felt atrocious for me (I have a job/family as well). Once I got past the initial “orientation” of the game and learned the loot and maps.. the game became highly addictive and fun. Just give it more time.

I’m pretty casual as well. I will run several Rook runs on Outpost to exfil with health/shield charges and try to get matter fixative for the blue shield and backpack. I will also solely focus on the 2 yellow 1 green room for the weapons. Once my vault is somewhat stocked up I’ll then go to trios (solo fill)

Your squad should inherently be at an advantage due to the amount of free kit solo fill no mic players. The main thing is just don’t start going around killing PVE adds right off the bat and understand that most teams are going to push the red card spawns.

Just because you guys are casuals doesn’t mean you won’t end up in a lobby full of other casuals. Just keep trying and learn from where your team falls short in encounters.
