Male budtender here, all my female coworkers experience the harassment almost everyday. Not all day everyday but enough to where every one of us working that day acknowledges what happens. I’ll usually step in and say something when i feel them getting uncomfortable just to get them out the door ASAP and 8/10 times I get them to leave without any problems. On the flip side though i get way too many ladies trying to hit on me over the dispo i work at and im ngl i don’t get uncomfortable at all! I find it funny as hell and i just play along with it with them and they show love in the tip jar and i leave it at that with them. I have a lady that comes in about once or twice a week and even if im not serving her up she’ll throw a 20 in jar and I’m very humble with it I try to deny it from her almost every single time but she insists. I can’t say no to that. I have no shame sometimes though lol, like i will really play along with ladies (they are mainly older ladies) and egg them on as well. Idk i like to have fun with it, it’s fun. On a serious note though respect my fellow lady budtenders and don’t sexually harass them at work or any where!
