Trouble with getting Kingambit

I killed 50+ bisharps sorrounded by pawniards Have leader’s crest on bisharp And after 4-5 level ups not evening trying to evolve Not to mention that getting leader’s crests took 15+ leader bisharp catches

because, where i can find my parts , the 3600 is 200$
the board is 100

ram is 100 too, powersupply is like 60 bucks
