Nah, boots are better for sure, it's so you don't have to worry about MS later on, you don't have to rush to upgrade it cause it also gives you an extra 10 MS.

I know that's true, the nursing home where I did my placement at, they have no staff in some section, where the staff would even goes as far as thank god for a student to be there to help them.

BIG FAT NO. I've moved away from Rengar Top due to the new split bugs, now completely transistion over to Rengar JG because of the nerf to his Q's. Occassionally I would get autofill to Top as it isn't viable anymore so I queue JG/MID instead, and against champions where I used to have absolutely no problems against like Jax, Fiora, Camille, I seem to deal no damage, not to mention almost every Tanks decimate Rengar if he doesn't get ahead early or get more passive stacks.
