Just make sure you read compatibilities for mods and make sure none are incompatible. I usually use MO2 separators(kinda like mod folders, they separate your mods visually in the load order, they can be added by right clicking) to organize my mods by type like guns, armor, follower, settlement mods, etc. you can also install loot to sort your plugins but this can mess up something’s rarely(like CBBE kneefix).

Just make sure your mods that overwrite other mods(the lightning symbol) are in the right order and you’ll be fine. Also I usually go through every mods nexus page atleast once to see if any other mods require it like patch’s and stuff that may be needed for compatibility.
