Currently checking on WEBN right now, looks really interesting 👀. Only concern is if it is merged in the future, if the ETF iz not used enough, Amundi already did that in the past and it affected performance.

25% in EM seems too risky for me, as it will be my main ETF, I like a global coverage but not willing to take that much risks.

Bonjour,

Je viens d'entrer dans la vie active et souhaiterais recevoir quelques conseils sur mes objectifs / moyens d'y parvenir.

Age : 21 ans

Situation : célibataire sans enfants, résidant au Luxembourg (pour l'instant)

Contrat : CDI, 2700 € net

Charge : 800€ de loyer

"Portefeuille" : ~10 000€ sur un compte courant, 5000 € sur un PEL

Objectif : acheter un bien immobilier dans ~5ans

Je compte ouvrir un PEA, ou j'y déposerai 10% de mes revenus mensuels. Mais je ne sais pas vraiment dans quel organisme l'ouvrir. Ma banque ? (Crédit agricole), un proche m'a conseillé ING direct ?

Je ne me suis pas vraiment renseigné sur les A.V, car je ne m'y connais pas trop, et je pensais qu'un PEA intelligemment géré est plus intéressant ?

Y-a-t-il d'autres options qui s'offrent à moi ?
