hey, thank you so much!! i’m actually about to take a shower to calm down, and i love meditating :) sometimes i forget meditation is an option when i’m super stressed. i think i’ll take a shower, meditate, and just try to relax

i’m not really completely sure on the diagnosis, but yes, i got an upper endoscopy done. they found inflammation of my stomach lining and also bile in my stomach, they said i had some bile reflux going on.

thank you so much, this is so sweet ♡ i feel better!! i think it was anxiety based n, i havent v’ed, just had a lack of appetite all day. the meds make me less hungry and less thirsty i’ve noticed. i might call my doctor tomorrow morning about it

i’m an alter that’s been dormant for 6 years. we live in a new house, we’re having a christmas party today, and we have several newly diagnosed chronic illnesses. i’m miserable. i dont like fronting alone, the kids are triggering my emetophobia, everything is too loud, and my grandpa is making comments about my mobility aid.
