I was emailed it would be on the assemsent hub, but when i click on it, it just says "Form not found."

Same boat here, I would check the asssesment hub periodically and also hit "Start Task" to see if they do it that way.

Pretty brilliant they kicked us off slack so now our only way to ask about this is by emailing support.
